Yes. Upgrade or downgrade whenever you want. When upgrading, you pay the prorated difference. When downgrading, the remaining balance is credited to your account.
What counts as a "run"?
A run is one execution of an automation workflow. A workflow that checks your email and sends a Slack message counts as 1 run, regardless of how many steps it has.
Is there a contract or commitment?
No. All plans are month-to-month. Cancel anytime — your data is retained for 30 days after cancellation in case you change your mind.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards via Stripe. Enterprise plans can also pay by invoice with net-30 terms.
How does the free plan work?
The free plan is free forever — no credit card required. It includes 3 automations, 50 runs per month, and 2 integrations. Enough to see real value before upgrading.
What happens if I exceed my plan limits?
We won't cut you off mid-workflow. You'll get a notification and your automations will continue running through the end of the billing cycle. Then you can upgrade or wait for limits to reset.
Do you offer discounts for annual billing?
Yes — annual billing saves you 20%. Pro drops to $23/mo, Business to $79/mo. Enterprise pricing is always custom.
