1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Nexadron ("the Platform"), including any of its products (Veridion, Axiom, Nexus), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

Nexadron provides AI-powered automation, self-healing infrastructure, and universal integration services. The Platform includes web applications, APIs, Discord bots, and related services. Features vary by subscription tier.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate, complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Subscription and Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Free tier users are not required to provide payment information.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's infrastructure
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Platform
• Use the Platform to send spam or unsolicited communications
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

6. AI and Automation Disclaimer

Our AI agents take real actions on your behalf (bill negotiation, financial optimization, etc.). While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated actions may not always produce the desired result. You remain ultimately responsible for reviewing and approving actions taken by AI agents. Health-related features provide intelligence, not medical advice — always consult healthcare professionals.

7. Intellectual Property

The Platform, including all code, design, and content, is owned by Nexadron. Your data remains yours. We do not claim ownership of any data you provide to the Platform.

8. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We encrypt all data at rest using AES-256-GCM. We do not sell your data to third parties.

9. Limitation of Liability

Nexadron is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the Platform settings. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days, then permanently deleted.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
